Conifer Realty is seeking self-motivated Cleaner to begin their next career with us to support our apartment communities in SUNNYBROOK SENIOR APARTMENTS (150 units), SPRING RIDGE SENIOR APARTMENTS (144 units), SINCLAIR WAY (71 units), WESTMINSTER WAY (55 units)

• Full-time/ 40 Hours Weekly

• Hours Mondays - Fridays 8:30 am – 5:00pm -

CANDIDATES EXPERIENCE/SKILLS NEEDED:

• Minimum 1-2 years’ prior apartment cleaning and outside grounds or janitorial, cleaning experience.

• Minimum High School diploma/GED equivalent.

• Reliable transportation.

• Excellent attendance; reliable, dependable

• Knowledge of hazardous material regulations, proper storage procedures for OSHA safety compliance.

• High attention to detail and ability to work independently at multiple apartment communities.

• Ability to multi-task with excellent communication and customer service skills to interact with residents, contractors, team members.

• Bilingual Spanish-speaking a plus.

Responsibilities will include:

• Monitor building and grounds to ensure a neat and clean presentation and environment.

• Perform various cleaning and minor maintenance activities throughout the commons areas of the property to include sweeping and mopping all tile surfaces, polish as necessary all floor space, window cleaning, and vacuum carpeted areas. 

• Clean rest rooms to include disinfecting toilets, sinks, floors, and restocking rest room supplies as needed. 

• Assist with cleaning when apartments turnover. 

• Remove trash and dispose of in all designated areas.

• Ensure all cleaning supplies are safely and properly stored in appropriate areas.

• Snow removal and emergency on-call duties as required or assigned.

The salary range for this position is $15.00 - $17.00. The actual compensation may vary de-pending on a wide range of factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, certifications, location, etc. This range does not include additional forms of compensation such as bonuses.
