Responsibilities

It’s a 40/hour week paid internship as a member of the Talent Management Team and Learning & Development Team. The core focus of this role is to learn and work with our talent and learning partners on team projects and initiatives.

What does it mean to be a Learning & Development Intern?

While working closely with the Learning & Development team, you will:

  • Have the opportunity to learn about assessing development needs, curating learning resources, driving engagement, analyzing training metrics, dashboard reporting, and more!

  • Work with the team and multiple stakeholders across the network to produce deliverables that will have a positive impact on the development and experience of our employees

  • Be a voice for Workato in communicating and promoting our wide range of learning offerings to our people

Requirements

Qualifications / Experience / Skills

  • College student, or recent college graduate

  • Proficient in G Suite and familiar with various types of apps, systems - systems savvy

  • Self-starter, detail-oriented, analytical with a curiosity to problem-solve
