Skilled Maintenance Technician

Medical Associates is seeking a Maintenance Worker! As a maintenance worker, you will be performing a variety of tasks and get to work in the fields including carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, etc. Specific skill set in cabinetry is a plus for this open position. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 3pm - 11pm. Possibility to work 4 days per week, 10 hour shifts as well. On-call rotation every 10 weeks with on-call pay.   Benefits Package includes:

Essential Duties:

• Perform general and skilled maintenance duties under various titles including maintenance plumber, rough construction, finish carpentry, bio/medical/electronics, maintenance mechanic, maintenance painter, HVAC. 
• Perform preventative maintenance and utilize decision making skills for corrective maintenance procedures
• Assist with other tasks, including but not limited to, cleaning of equipment and removal of snow during inclement weather
• Identify and evaluate possible options when conducting routine repairs on building and equipment
• Complete all other assigned projects and duties. 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Education: High school diploma or GED required.

Experience: From one to three years of similar or related experience preferred. Cabinetry skillset is a plus
