Monday-Friday business hours. This is a remote role. $44.15 - $66.25A technology-forward, Artificial Intelligence (AI) expert poised to enhance the organization’s digital and AI-driven communications strategy and be accountable for the development and implementation of custom AI agents/skills. A leader in SharePoint development and maintenance and a core player in the management of the organization’s intranets. Will also focus on metric gathering, analysis and process improvement.
Major Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of Advocate Health’s internal communications content strategy, in line with the wider internal communications strategy and business strategy and priorities
- Support the tech-focused drivers of the communications strategy, including the integration and evolution of intranet-style platforms, the building and maintenance of SharePoint sites to serve the strategy and the platform crosswalk strategy that drives audience management
- Executes the processes in place to plan, produce, govern and measure communications content across multiple teams and platforms
- Implements the governance and segmentation of distribution lists to ensure targeted and efficient communication and partner with IT and data teams to maintain clean, up-to-date audience data and access controls
- Integrates the use of AI tools and innovative solutions to improve message targeting, personalization and performance tracking
- Support experimentation with new technologies to enhance message delivery and audience reach
- Execute on the centralized "air traffic control" function to coordinate timing, relevance and frequency of messages
- Gather and report out on success metrics, making recommendations for continued improvement
- Support the tech-focused drivers of the communications strategy, including the integration and evolution of intranet-style platforms, the building and maintenance of SharePoint sites to serve the strategy and the platform crosswalk strategy that drives audience management
- Integrates the use of AI tools and innovative solutions to improve message targeting, personalization and performance tracking
- Provide AI education to the broader team, acting as a resource and expert for best practices
- Execute on the reimagined intranet and internal digital communications strategy
- Execute the processes in place to plan, produce, govern and measure communications content across multiple teams and platforms
- Support experimentation with new technologies to enhance message delivery and audience reach
- Execute on the centralized "air traffic control" function to coordinate timing, relevance and frequency of messages
- Gather and report out on success metrics, making recommendations for continued improvement
Minimum Job Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations, marketing, advertising or other business-related field, or bachelor’s degree combined with relevant experience.
