Learn more at Sitecore.com About the Role: We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the evolution of our Design Studio, which empowers teams to create visually consistent, flexible and scalable digital experiences. In this role, you will define how design assets, and styles come together to power the XM Cloud builder ecosystem, while driving the integration of AI capabilities that accelerate creation, enhance design consistency, and enable intelligent automation. Your work will shape the bridge between design and development, ensuring marketers and developers collaborate efficiently to deliver cohesive, on-brand experiences faster than ever before. What You’ll Do:
- Product Strategy: Define and drive the product strategy for design studio that empowers both developers and non-technical users to collaborate effectively across the digital experience lifecycle.
- Roadmap development: Collaborate with the Senior Director of Product Management to define and execute a bold and visionary product strategy for presentations management in XM Cloud.
- Prototyping and Validation: Lead rapid prototyping efforts to test and validate new use cases, ensuring feasibility and market potential.
- Customer Discovery: Regularly engage with customers to deeply understand their workflows, pain points, and goals; translate insights into product innovations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with platform, front-end, and design system teams to ensure seamless integration of builder tools across the composable DXP stack.
- Go-to-Market Alignment: Collaborate with Product Marketing, Enablement, and Sales to support positioning, messaging, and product launches.
- Innovation & Trends: Stay ahead of industry trends in low-code/no-code platforms, web builders, and design systems; continuously bring fresh ideas to the roadmap.
- 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably with a focus on visual editing tools, page editors, or component-based design systems within a SaaS or CMS environment.
