Aeriz is seeking a highly motivated Brand Ambassador to support our talented Illinois sales and marketing team. Under the direction of the Senior Field Marketing Lead, the Brand Ambassador will play a crucial role in building and maintaining our brand image, fostering relationships with dispensaries, and engaging with the community through pop-ups.

The Brand Ambassador is a seasonal contract position. This individual will work part-time as an independent contractor (1099) on an as-needed basis.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and marketing promotions and initiatives through dispensary and event pop-ups.
• Communicate effectively with our customers and partners about our brand portfolio and company initiatives.
• Engage with customers and educate them on our portfolio of brands at dispensary pop-ups, festivals, events, trade events.
• Complete regular market visits to dispensaries across Illinois.
• Help maintain and clean our event production and merch warehouse.
• Functions as an expert in the merchandising and knowledge of our brand and product offerings.
• Light administration duties such as tracking and recapping events and dispensary visits.
• Proactively manages promo material stock level, signage, and an assortment of displays.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of relevant work experience required.
• Experience in event production and Aeriz/cannabis knowledge a plus.
• Must have reliable vehicle.
• Open availability on nights and weekends.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel to events and pop-ups in the Chicagoland area.
• Ensures compliance with all retail partners.
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
• Must have working cell phone that can take photos for recaps.
• Have good interpersonal skills and be friendly, outgoing and enthusiastic.
• Must be able to work during evenings and weekends.
• Must be able to stand on feet for 8 hours and lift 30 lbs.
• Must have ability to travel frequently using personal vehicle.
• Must be 21 years of age or older and authorized to work in the United States.
• Must adhere to all laws, regulations, and policies associated with the industry.
