Overview

The Restaurant Server Assistant (also SA or Food Runner) is responsible for assisting service staff in providing excellent guest service by running food, clearing/setting tables, and restocking service items.

Responsibilities

You will assist service staff in providing excellent guest service by supporting essential functions including running food from the kitchen to tables in a timely manner, clearing and resetting service areas, stocking service items and disposables, and monitor needs in the dining room and service areas. You will develop a thorough comprehension of menu items, allergens, and steps of service. You will also develop and implement a deep understanding of luxury service standards.
