To ensure efficient way of working, PMO strives for clear and standardized management processes based on project best practices, project training and lesson learned. PMO is responsible for Statkraft’s project model and facilitates project assurance activities.  </p><p>We are a dedicated team, working across Statkraft by supporting capital projects in all geographies within all technologies (e.g. hydropower, wind, solar, batteries, hydrogen). To strengthen our team, we are looking for a team player with broad project experience, with special competence within project risk management.  </p><p>You will be responsible for supporting a positive risk and quality improvement culture, underpinned by effective risk and quality frameworks. The position will establish and lead corporate wide project risk and quality network(s) as well as advise, facilitate, and monitor risk and quality activities and processes. </p><p>You will report to Head of Corporate PMO. </p><p>Your role</p><p>As a Senior Advisor in PMO, your role will be to: </p><ul><li>Contribute and take on responsibility of specific tasks in further development, implementation and use of Statkraft’s project model with focus on risk management </li><li>Take a leadership role in risk management for the development, enhancement and implementation of appropriate processes, requirements, guidelines and systems/tools. </li><li>Promote understanding of risk and quality management, including delivery of training, as appropriate </li><li>Facilitate project risk and quality activities and support project owners and project managers related to the decision gate processes </li><li>Plan and perform risk assessments (qualitative and quantitative) </li><li>Plan and perform project quality audits and reviews  </li><li>Collect and analyse data and trends on aspects of quality and risk and report findings that stimulate continuous improvement </li><li>Establish and lead risk network </li><li>Participate in professional networks and forums appropriate to the role </li><li>Support and advice project owners and project managers to ensure successful delivery of projects </li><li>Travel to project sites/locations will be needed</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Minimum Bachelor, preferably master’s degree in engineering, MBA or equivalent </li><li>Demonstrated leadership experience as risk manager, project manager, program manager or project owner from development and/or infrastructure projects, preferable within the energy business, construction business or consultancy services </li><li>Demonstrated teambuilding and interpersonal skills in international environments, cultural awareness </li><li>Demonstrate clear communication skills, including digital platforms </li><li>Self-starter and proactive with ability to work with commitment and accuracy under pressure with a high degree of self-motivation </li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>Interested? </strong></p><p>Statkraft offers competitive terms of employment and benefits schemes, and we’re a trusted employer that puts the safety of our people first.
