Purpose
In accordance with the Mission and Guiding Behaviors a Supply Chain Leader actively: guides, trains, mentors and monitors Supply Chain colleagues while contributing to the development and execution of Departmental, Ministry and System Office based strategic plans. Provides operations &/or optimization leadership focus; May provide leadership & direction through managers; Balances between staff leadership, broader organizational direction & administration; Accountable for the performance, regulatory readiness & results of a single large, strategic area in a medium to large-sized single functional domain within a limited geography and/or a defined segment or service line.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Six (6) to seven (7) years progressively responsible experience with 4-5 years in Value Analysis or closely related discipline.
Verifiable 2-3 years of leadership experience in a progressive work environment with complex, multidisciplinary teams.
