We are seeking an Assurance Staff Accountant to join our team. You should love accounting, helping others, and have a knack for being curious and solving problems.  You’ll help business leaders look around corners, go beyond the numbers, and do something different by developing rapport with clients and making a difference. Requirements

What you’ll be doing

•Assist with assurance engagements by planning and performing tests of internal controls, substantive analytical procedures, and other tests over clients’ account balances. 

•Create draft financial reports for management’s review. 

•Build and strengthen professional relationships with clients.

•Work with team members to share knowledge and contribute effectively to complete tasks, develop ideas and processes across organizational boundaries.

•Adhere to the core values and standards of the organization.

What makes you a fit

•Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or a similar discipline.

•2+ years’ recent experience in public accounting.

•Strong verbal and written communication skills.

•Proficiency in CaseWare (or similar working paper management system), MS Office technology suite, data extraction and analysis.
