As a Principal Product Manager, you will help shape the future of our life-saving products. Bring your vision for how we can help our customers and enhance our product offerings. You'll work with an experienced team of product managers as well as cross-functionally to provide a best-in-class Randomization and Trial Supply Management(RTSM)

 General responsibilities

The Principal Product Manager is responsible for defining and driving the Randomization and Trial Supply Management(RTSM) product “north star” vision. 

 

This includes:    

  • Defining and driving the development of products that align with the company's vision and customer needs. 
  • Conducting market research, gathering customer feedback. 
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams like Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, Sales, and Business Development to create innovative and customer-centric solutions. 
  • Driving clarify on the Why and What through well written PRDs and effectively prioritizing features.
  • Managing the product development lifecycle and Go-To-Market strategy.
  • Identify risks and dependencies and keep stake holders updated.
  • Ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Ability to represent Oracle Health Data Platform's capabilities at events and conferences and engaging with customers.

Basic Qualifications:

  • BS or MS degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems(MIS) 
  • 7+ years product management experience, preferably in cloud solutions, for enterprise level software applications 
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and cross-functional teamwork.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Customer-centric approach and understanding of user needs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Critical thinking and product roadmap development.

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience in Life Sciences industry specifically with Randomization and Trial Supply Management software
  • Knowledge and experience with any Cloud platform such as OCI, AWS, Azure
  • Experience with building and shipping products on any Cloud platform like OCI, AWS, Azure, GCP
  • Enterprise eye for business and market awareness.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $92,900 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
