Test Engineer High Frequency - New Product Introduction (m/f/d)

Currently, we are searching for our client in the Aachen area, for a
NPI HF Test Engineer (f/m/d).

• Serve as the main point of contact for automation and hardware-related HF measurement system development, from initial design to production release
• Design, develop, execute, and validate HF test systems for the manufacturing environment
• Develop and implement comprehensive infrastructure for automated tests
• Establish and maintain a test and data management system
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to develop and implement both automated and manual tests
• Test prototype HF generators, amplifiers, matches, and related components in cooperation with R&D
• Document and report test results
• Lead project initiatives to improve production performance and quality using tools such as Lean, Visual Management, 5S, JIT, and Lean-Six-Sigma
• Actively participate in product transfer projects across global production sites
• Proactively identify and communicate risks and opportunities for improvement across the product range
• Promote best practices, quality awareness, and technical expertise among production and test teams

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Several years of experience in testing or manufacturing validation, ideally with HF components and devices
• At least 5 years of experience in the production industry
• Strong knowledge of HF components, devices, and HF measurement techniques
• Solid experience in test engineering, including test automation and software development (e.g., LabView)
• Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Fluency in both English and German
