Broadridge is hiring! The Associate Auditor Consultant is responsible for assisting in the auditing and reconciling of over 75 million votes annually, and ensuring the day-to-day activities of Vote Audit are completed timely and accurately.  Prepare daily vote auditing statistics.

This is a temporary position expected to last until the end of June with the possibility to be extended. We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remote.

  • Work with Vote Audit management to complete Sarbanes-Oxley testing, and update audit procedures when necessary.
  • Conduct audit testing of specified proxy voting and reporting processes, perform audits of proxy contests
  • Completion of special projects as requested
  • Analysis and interpretation of proxy voting results (including un-voted proxies, proxy coding errors, etc.)
  • Ensure that electronic voting platforms are processing accurately and timely
  • Identify reportable issues and potential risk and communicate findings to management

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Functional/technical skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Access; SharePoint)
  • Process management
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong collaboration ability
  • Results oriented
  • Adaptability
  • Strong communication skills (Written and Verbal)

Salary range $19.00 per hour.
