Enterprise Sales Director – Customer Experience

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and manage an inside sales team with a focus on revenue growth, retention and yieldManagement.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain and Sales Mgmt to develop, store and update training materials.

• Implement an ongoing plan to provide collective and one to one training to sales team members. Implement best practices to test and measure results consistently. • Share best sales operations best practices with the Sales, Marketing and RevOps management teams.• Ability to travel to conduct business with clients and terminals is required• Ability to coach and train sales representatives on new techniques, services and applications• Ability to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Fluent English language skills required to communicate effectively with internal and external customers• Must possess excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills• Must be experience in Microsoft Office programs• Previous industry sales management experience is required• Must possess problem solving and analytical ability skills• Valid Drivers License and a clean driving record required• Proven ability to constructively communicate and motivate• Ability to develop revenue growth and profit enhancement strategies

 

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements

• Heavy travel is required• Weekend and evening entertainment required
