As a Graphic Designer in Paleovalleyโs advertising team, you'll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to optimize visuals for maximum impact. You will be reporting to Lauren Croft, their Paid Media Manager. Your work will be also in close collaboration with the advertising team, the Director of Marketing, Copywriter, Project Manager, and the entire design team.
๐ In this role, you will:
- Design compelling advertisements that resonate with the target audience.
- Develop visually striking ad campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
- Craft both static and dynamic visuals that effectively convey the brand's message.
๐ Onboarding Process: During onboarding, you'll receive guidance and support from Lauren Croft to help you settle into your role smoothly.
To gain valuable insights into the brand's identity and ongoing campaigns, you have to bring your unique perspective and design strategies to the table, as your contributions will carry significant value and influence in the company.
๐ This is a full-time and fully remote role with a flexible schedule outside of core hours (11 AM to 3 PM MST, Monday to Friday). Expectations include 8 hours of work daily, effectively balancing your professional and personal commitments.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you need to have:
๐จ 1-2 years of professional graphic design experience, specializing in advertising.
๐ผ๏ธ An impressive portfolio showcasing your advertising design skills.
๐จ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
๐ข Proven experience creating impactful graphics for various advertising campaigns and platforms.
