- Identify repair parts requirements, place orders with customer service, and receive inspections of all repair projects.
- Mechanical Background
- Inspect and clean tools.
- Ensure all tools are maintained according to manufacturers' specifications.
- Ensure that tool parts are properly identified in maintenance records.
- Task-specific knowledge of the tools and equipment being repaired.
- Provide service and customer support via phone support, and factory support.
- Understanding the reasonable amount of time needed to complete any task required.
- Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
- Produce timely and detailed service reports.
- Follow all company's filed procedures and protocols.
- Cooperate with the technical team and share information across the organization.
- Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings.
- Build positive relationships with internal and external customer service.
Requirements
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Understanding of mechanical principles preferred.
- Understanding of electronic principals preferred.
Skills & Experience
- Good phone skills.
- Proper grammar and punctuation.
- Computer skills "Microsoft Etc."
Requirements
- Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service equipment.
- Moderate lifting and carrying.
- Some walking, standing, crawling, kneeling, bending and climbing.
