Porter (Full-Time)

Adamas Building Services is looking for an exceptional Porter with experience working in luxury residential communities. Our company is a leading expert in the Residential Services market with properties throughout New Jersey. We have openings at our Hoboken, New Jersey location.

Schedule: Saturday and Sunday 8am-5pm and 12pm-8pm

Pay Rate: $15.00/hour

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Dust, clean high touch surfaces, windows, mirrors, and restrooms
• Sweep, mop, vacuum all common areas in the building and residential floors.
• Outdoor responsibilities: Pick up debris and clean up grounds along the perimeter of the building.
• Respond to cleaning issues within the building.
• Restock restrooms and amenities.
• Trash removal from the trash room and compactor rooms
• Drive company vehicle around region's
• Stripping and waxing
• Grout and Tile cleaning
• Carpet cleaning
• Driving to multiple locations to clean up wherever necessary.

Requirements

• Must be able to strip, wax, buff floors.
• Experience in Compactor/Refuse rooms.
• Able to lift 50 pounds.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Must be reliable and professional.
• 1-2 years custodial, maintenance, janitorial, or porter experience
• Good Interpersonal and great verbal communication skills to interact with other teammates, residents, and property management.
• Ideal candidates must be punctual and a team player.
