Meridian Services offers person-centered supports and cares to individuals with mental illness, intellectual disabilities, and physical disabilities across a diverse range of settings. These include Residential Services, In-Home Services, and Case Management Services. Today, we have 30 group homes, 150 In-Home person served, and over 100 Case Managers across the state of Minnesota. Job Title: Program Support Specialist
Location: Golden Valley, MN
Schedule: Monday - Friday regular daytime business hours. Eligible to work from home up to 2 days/week after 6 months of employment.
Wage: $60,000 annual salary including Full-Time benefits and Paid Time Off
Job Summary
The Program Support Specialist optimizes program support and business processes, providing support for departmental and organizational goals. The Program Support Specialist is responsible for the essential job duties outlined below.

Essential Job Duties:
Data Management & Reporting:
• Compile and assist with the development of data reports, summaries, and logs to effectively communicate job status and progress.
• Assist with generating and tracking metrics that support business goals.
• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with program objectives
Program Support:
• Support the preparation of data for tax purposes, including rep payee applications and medication discard tracking.
• Complete program file audits, person-served financial audits, and walk-throughs as assigned.
• Participate in cross-departmental collaborations to ensure seamless program delivery.
• Provide assistance with Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and reports.
• Manage all activities related to Social Security, including updates, inquiries, waiver requests, and reconsideration requests.
• Assist with Group Housing Support, including new applications and renewals.
• Oversee Right-On-Target metrics to track house completion and payroll timelines.
• Oversee rep payee account assets, validate if external information is entered.
• Coordinate preparation of information for tax filing for the people we serve.
• Implement Open Bed policy and procedures in collaboration with the Program Administrator.
• Assist with VA investigations and other program support tasks as needed. (partner w/ QA)
• CSSP Post Test Creation and review
• Work with Program leadership to develop and administer data tracking to improve service quality
Collaboration:
• Collaborate with leadership, Finance and HR to identify process improvements and enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and external regulatory requirements.
Administrative Functions & Supports:
• Regularly meet with the Program Administrator to discuss progress, challenges, and goals.
• Maintain training and documentation as required by organizational standards.
• Track and manage volunteerism requirements and ensure engagement in community activities.
Required Skills and Abilities:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to support technical users.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• In-depth understanding of human resource policies and procedures to ensure the HCM system aligns with organizational needs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Technical expertise in commercial HCM products.
Additional Requirements:
• Attend weekly supervision meetings with the Program Administrator.
• Must ensure active participation with camera on during all virtual meetings.
• Commitment to meeting organizational volunteerism goals and community involvement.
• Ability to handle sensitive issues and provide timely resolution to customer service inquiries.
