Task Order Program Manager (TOPM)

Amentum is seeking a Task Order Manager to support the DLITE EUCOM III Program. 

About the program:

The DLITE III contract is an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (MADIQ) vehicle through the Department of Defense Language Interpretation and Translation Enterprise II (DLITE II). It aims to centralize and streamline the DoD’s foreign language support to advance Defense Language Program objectives, specifically targeting the Force Projection Operations mission area. The contract covers translation and interpretation services, including all associated personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other necessary non-personal services.

This candidate will:

• Accountable for all aspects of the task order execution and manages the hands- on, day-to-day execution of TO-related operational activities 
• Responsible for TO PMO operations and resourcing of all TO requirements, including linguist staffing, Government Furnished Equipment (GFE)* accountability, and tasking response
• Responsible for meeting all technical, financial, and contractual requirements of the TO
• Ensures that management processes and business systems facilitate meeting performance requirement
• Primary Point-of-Contact
• Authorized to act on all matters relating to the daily operation of the TO  

*GFE to be provided at Task Order Award

This position will be filled in Poland.

Qualifications:

Basic Requirements:

• Education: College bachelor’s degree in business or A 20-year military career (intelligence field preferred)
• Related field Experience: 15 years of management experience, including 10 years of supervisory experience.
• Skills: Has the communication skills to effectively interface with senior military officials, managers, and subordinates. 
• Security Clearance: Top Secret/SCI
