In the Performance Materials Division, we develop innovative plastics and foams for all kinds of applications. Whether it is for cars, buildings or sports goods - we always look for the ideal material solution. To do this, we work closely with our customers: from production and logistics to research and sales, all the way to component testing, design consulting and simulation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Our unit Supply Chain Management is responsible for order and material management as well as production planning for Engineering Plastics.
- In your new position, you are responsible for customer management, are the first point of contact for questions, deal with customer complaints and visit customers together with the customer manager.
- Based on market analyses, you plan the needs of our customers, handle the processing of orders and supervise the planned implementation.
- Everything at a glance! You monitor payment transactions, arrange the creation of credit and debit notes as well as the execution of return transports.
- In addition, you are responsible for achieving the required delivery reliability of the orders.
- Last but not least, you are responsible for compliance with legal and internal guidelines with regard to antitrust regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- completed commercial training
- at least two years of professional experience in customer service
- in-depth knowledge of e-commerce as well as customer, order and complaint management
- experienced handling of SAP COBALT as well as SAP Advanced Planner and Optimizer
- effective communication in English and German, French is a plus
- customer-oriented appearance
