The Department of Transportation and Public Facilities Division of Facilities Services, is looking for a 
Maintenance Specialist, Bldg/Facility/Const, Journey 2 (PCN 25-N25004) 
to help us Keep Alaska Moving!

Anchorage/Juneau - $34.43/Hourly (Overtime eligible)
Wasilla - $34.90/Hourly (Overtime eligible)
Fairbanks - $36.32/Hourly (Overtime eligible)


What you will be doing:
This position will support a statewide initiative to modernize and maintain accurate facility documentation for State-owned buildings. Duties include using handheld LiDAR scanning equipment to capture detailed interior building layouts and structural data, as well as collecting 360-degree images and video to create immersive virtual walkthroughs. The information gathered will assist in developing and updating digital floorplans, improving facility records, and enhancing the State’s ability to manage, assess, and plan for building operations and maintenance.
