Business Analyst – Offers Platform, Assistant Vice President

- Configure new promotions, conduct testing and monitor active offer engagement
- Support the Product Team in gathering and documenting business requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate testing and preparing/reviewing reports across multiple offers.
- Maintain and update offer alerts across all product promotions
- Prepare and organize documentation, including business requirements, user stories, test cases, and training materials.
- Coordinate with technology, marketing, and business partners to track project progress and testing outcomes.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate offer functionality and accuracy prior to release.
- Assist and monitor customer inquiries involving Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Operations.
- Update and maintain project dashboards, reports, and presentation materials for tracking progress and key metrics.
- Support ongoing releases by coordinating with technology teams to ensure timely and successful deployment of updates and new functionalities. Monitor performance and address any issues that arise post-launch.
- Support requirement-gathering activities by documenting business needs from internal stakeholders.
- Provide support as needed for audits and general inquiries
- Stay updated on best practices, tools, and trends in digital communications and marketing technology.
- Contribute to project planning, release readiness, and business sign-off processes
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in technology, digital marketing, product management, or marketing operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in technology, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Experience in with SQL, JavaScript, XML, HTML.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with Jira or Confluence is a plus.
- Experience in financial services or other regulated industry
- Eagerness to learn digital communication processes and tools within a large, regulated organization.
