The primary purpose of your job position is to provide safe and timely transportation of PACE participants, including
transport meals, durable medical equipment, pharmacy, and any other transportation as deemed necessary.
Responsible for overall cleanliness, safety of the vehicle assigned on a daily basis, and communicating any safety issues
to the department leader.

Position Purpose
Join Trinity Health PACE as a Transportation Driver, where you'll provide safe, timely, and compassionate transportation for our PACE participants. You’ll also deliver essential items such as meals, medications, and medical equipment while ensuring the cleanliness and safety of your assigned vehicle.

What You Will Do

  • Safely transport frail or elderly participants to medical appointments, activities, and home.

  • Deliver meals, pharmacy items, and medical equipment as needed.

  • Assist participants with boarding and exiting vehicles.

  • Maintain vehicle condition and report safety concerns.

  • Follow all regulatory and safety procedures.

  • Represent Trinity Health PACE with professionalism and kindness.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.

  • Valid driver’s license in good standing; CDL with passenger endorsement required for 15+ passenger vehicles.

  • At least 1 year of experience working with elderly or frail populations preferred; training available if less.

  • CPR certification required (specific to LIFE St Mary Drivers).
