LinkedIn is looking for a Manager of Business Operations to lead strategic work-streams covering the dual charter of Global Editorial strategies, and International Member Experience (with a special focus on content engagement). In this role, you will partner with leaders across the Editorial, R&D and Go-to-Market organization (both regional and global leaders). This role requires strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and analytical skills with solid business experience backed by both intuition and data.
Responsibilities:
Focusing primarily on product business operations, maintaining an 80-20 balance between product initiatives and go-to-market (GTM) efforts.
Serving as the BizOps lead for the Editorial team (based in New York), supporting their most critical strategic questions and measuring the impact and success of key strategies
Independently leading work streams to solve the most important R&D and GTM strategy and business questions relevant to International Member Growth and Engagement
Driving data-driven analysis, sizing strategic opportunities, prioritizing projects
Identifying growth and operational leverage opportunities, building the business case for change, and working extensively with multiple stakeholders (both within global business operations teams as well relevant leaders) to implement these opportunities
Providing thought partnership to regional leaders and business partner teams in NAMER, APAC, EMEA and LATAM on growth, operations, and organization topics
Coaching team members, extending a collaborative team culture, and supporting team members’ development goals
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
BA or BS degree in business, economics, math, statistics, computer science, or related discipline or relevant work experience
6+ years of experience, including 2+ years in strategy consulting or a strategy-related role
3+ years of experience with Excel, SQL, and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA or other advanced degrees
Experience in the social media, B2C businesses and/or in the tech/ digital space
Experience driving Product strategy
Structured thinking: Ability to structure and analyze problems effectively, facilitate alignment on key strategic decisions among various stakeholders, and identify 80/20 opportunities to reach insightful, implementable, and impactful answers.
Senior stakeholder management experience: Able to have a strong, independent voice to push teams’ thinking while able to build trust-based relationships across the company to drive alignment
Excellent communication skills: Need solid written and verbal communications skills and presence to be able to facilitate discussions and communicate insights with senior-level leaders
High-energy, team-first, positive attitude: Must be motivated to work hard in a fast-paced environment

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is $123,000 to $199,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific office location.
