We have a unique opportunity, at Spooner Ocotillo, for a clinic director to join our team of physical therapists, occupational therapists, performance coaches, and athletic trainers. At Spooner, our Directors are core members of the treatment team and are integral in ensuring an exceptional end to end patient experience. This includes employing strategic management in the development of clinic goals and providing guidance and direction to employees. Our treatment philosophy is a promise to provide an engaging experience in mind, body, and spirit. This role does require a licensed Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist or Physical Therapy Assistant.

What You'll Be Doing
-
Employ strategic management in the development and attainment of clinic operational and financial goals.

Manage all employee relations at the clinic level related to scheduling, staffing needs, hiring, performance evaluations, promotions, pay increases, terminations, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and compliance.

Manage all day-to-day clinic operations in compliance with state and federal labor and employment laws, OSHA regulations, HIPAA compliance, and all of Spooner’s policies and procedures.

Engage in collaborative work and employ excellent communication with all Spooner team members, including clinic staff, administrative and leadership team, as well as external stakeholders (physicians, community members, patients, vendors, job candidates, etc.)

Drive clinic marketing and public relations activities in order to support patient care, develop business relationships, and promote community awareness of the clinic and the organization.

Create and maintain a positive and motivating work environment.

Act as a core member of the treatment team, maintaining own patient caseload and ensure an exceptional patient experience.
