If this sounds like an attractive career and growth path for you, please apply.</p> <p><strong>What you can expect in this role:</strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for the overall maintenance of the apartment community and all areas related to the day‐to‐day maintenance operations for the property.</li> <li>Diagnose service problems, replace, or repair parts, test and adjust if needed.</li> <li>Guarantee units are move in ready and presentable. Review make-ready condition with contractors on an ongoing basis.&nbsp;</li> <li>Complete preventive maintenance on HVAC units and other community equipment on a regular basis</li> <li>Guarantee 24-hour resolution to priority work orders.</li> <li>Responsible for performing plumbing, general maintenance and repairs on property equipment and community structures, in addition to performing grounds maintenance and carpentry functions.</li> <li>Operate within OSHA standards and company safety polices.
