Job Description

What will you be doing?

• Performing phone screenings, references-checks, and in-depth competence-based selection interviews.
• Creating awesome candidate journeys that are consistent to the Eurofins PSS’ culture and employer brand.
• Supporting on administrative tasks regarding onboarding documents, purchase orders, general mailbox, Time registration systems, Onboarding days, etc.
• Actively contributing to the development of an active pipeline of prospective candidates using research, networking, job fairs, university campus events, etc. to allow a quick and efficient response.
• Participating and contributing to employer branding and retention projects.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in a business-related field. An HR related education is considered a plus.
• You can think strategically and demonstrate excellent communication skills both French and English. Both languages are a must. 
• A first experience (including internship) in talent acquisition.
• Knowledge of Belgian social and employment law is a plus.
• You have an open, assertive, and diplomatic personality and can build relationships easily.
• You are flexible, structured, like to act pro-actively with a sense of urgency and with great team player spirit.
• Strong administration skills, able to place strong attention to details, eager to learn and willing to take responsibility

• A full-time (40hours/week) Monday – Friday job.
