Salary: $75,000–$90,000 per year

Bonus: Monthly performance bonus opportunities

What You’ll Do:

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized care plans

• Deliver manual therapy and therapeutic exercises to improve function and mobility

• Educate patients on treatment goals, at-home exercises, and injury prevention

• Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner

• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize outcomes

What We’re Looking For:

• Doctorate or Master's in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

• Texas Physical Therapy License (or eligibility)

• Passion for orthopedic and sports rehabilitation

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• New grads welcome — structured mentorship available
