We are recruiting a Technical Service Specialist (Field Service Engineer) for Belgium.

As a Technical Service Specialist, you'll perform on-site activities related to planned maintenance, troubleshooting, hardware & software upgrades, and installations.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule and execute planned maintenance to ensure instrument reliability.

• Address demand calls by utilizing remote analysis tools for troubleshooting.

• Conduct installations and deinstallations of instruments.

• Achieve success measured by customer satisfaction (NPS), service KPIs (tickets per day, First Time Fix Rate & Mean Time to Repair), and regional growth and profitability.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. Preferred in medical, electrical, mechanical, or medical technology.

• Proven experience in a similar role, supported by references.

• Effective engagement with customers, especially lab staff.

• Technical expertise in product lines.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Ability to identify and resolve issues.

• Proficient in using analytical tools and software.

• Fluent in English, with proficiency in French and/or Dutch preferred.
