LotusWorks is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, integral to our people-first approach.&nbsp;</p></div><p>The CSA Superintendent / Inspector will support the successful execution of civil and structural construction activities by partnering with the QA/QC Manager, Construction Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, and city inspectors throughout the inspection and sign-off process. This position plays a critical role in maintaining compliance with applicable building codes and ensuring inspection activities are completed efficiently to support project milestones within a mission-critical environment.</p> <h3>Responsibilities:</h3> <ul> <li data-section-id="19v9h57" data-start="1461" data-end="1578">Accompany city inspectors during civil and structural site inspections, including steel and concrete installations.</li> <li data-section-id="e5jxdw" data-start="1579" data-end="1696">Review civil and structural engineering drawings and construction details in preparation for scheduled inspections.</li> <li data-section-id="lz1i6d" data-start="1697" data-end="1854">Partner with Project Managers, Construction Managers, Superintendents, and the QA/QC Manager to resolve inspection findings and maintain project schedules.</li> <li data-section-id="1dk0402" data-start="1855" data-end="1987">Coordinate and participate in meetings with subcontractors to address inspection deficiencies and drive timely corrective actions.</li> <li data-section-id="wzouax" data-start="1988" data-end="2065">Prepare and distribute daily inspection reports and project status updates.</li> <li data-section-id="1iycxe6" data-start="2066" data-end="2183">Enter inspection reports, punch lists, and corrective actions into commissioning software for tracking and closure.</li> <li data-section-id="apwu71" data-start="2184" data-end="2315">Support city inspection activities and facilitate timely project sign-offs by ensuring inspection items are resolved efficiently.</li> <li data-section-id="5iad19" data-start="2316" data-end="2448&q
