HR Business Partner, Manager

The Human Resources Manager plans, directs, and coordinates Human Resource management activities of an organization to maximize the strategic use of human resources and maintain functions such as employee compensation, recruitment, employee retention, personnel policies, and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the effective delivery of HR services across the organization
- Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team to ensure effective delivery of HR services within the plant.
- Responsible for employee relations, maintaining communication with legal department.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations governing HR practices
- Continuous improvement in processes, increasing efficiency of team member activities.
- Facilitate Succession Planning with Managers
- Ensure new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
- Foster employee engagement
- Advise managers on organizational policy matters such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment and recommend needed changes.
- Improve turnover
- Responsible for policies and Human Resources processes development aligned to HR Corporate
- Monitor and analyze turnover trends and develop and implement solutions to improve turnover rates and employee retention.
- Follow -up on exit interviews to gain insights into employee turnover and develop effective strategies to address them.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
- Demonstrated progressive knowledge, skills, and abilities in core HR competencies
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Well versed in supervisory skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- MS office proficiency (MS Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Labor Law knowledge
