Siepe is seeking a dynamic C# developer to join the team focused on developing a CLO Compliance engine, the fastest-growing segment of our business. As a Senior C# Developer, you will work closely with the Development Team, Technical Leads and Product Managers to build and enhance compliance rules and reporting for both our external and internal stakeholders.

As a Senior C# Developer, you will work closely with the Development Team, Technical Leads and Product Managers to build and enhance compliance rules and reporting for both our external and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain a CLO compliance application using C#.
- Implement complex LINQ queries and dynamic expressions.
- Ensure high performance and scalability of the application.
- Containerize .NET services using technologies such as Docker.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Work can average 45-50 hours per week.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 4-8 years as a C# developer, with a focus on developing complex applications.
- Deep understanding of C# language features and .NET framework.
- Expertise in writing complex LINQ queries and dynamic expressions.
- Experience with MS SQL Server and database management systems.
- Experience with HTML templating frameworks such as Handlebars or experience with report builder libraries and frameworks is preferred.
- Experience with performance optimization techniques.
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as Angular.
- Must be authorized to work in the US without the need for current or future sponsorship.
Skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in financial services or compliance software development strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with CLO (Collateralized Loan Obligation) compliance requirements preferred.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Excellent debugging skills and willingness to dig into issues to find solutions.
