(#LI-Onsite)</span></p> <p><span>Working as a key member of the site’s HR leadership team, you will act as employee relations partner, build and implement HR (Human Resources) initiatives to support our organization and business strategy, including but not limited to organization culture, talent management, legal compliance, labor relations, employee experience and engagement. You will report to Director HR. </span></p> <p><span>If this sounds like an exciting job for you, we encourage your application!</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><strong>In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li><span>Defining and implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals and Emerson People strategy</span></li> <li><span>Providing HR expertise and support to Leadership</span></li> <li><span>Supervising payroll &amp; HR administration activities for the site and ensuring full compliance with local legislation and Emerson standards</span></li> <li><span>Managing the salary planning process per Emerson guidelines and requirements</span></li> <li><span>Cooperating with the unions and employee representative bodies</span></li> <li><span>Coordinating Talent Acquisition activities including onboarding of new employees</span></li> <li><span>Collaborating with management on performance management, talent development, and organization planning</span></li> <li><span>Implementing initiatives to continuously improve employee experience and employee engagement</span></li> </ul> <p><span><strong>Who You Are:</strong></span></p> <p><span>You gain the confidence and trust of others easily, working through formal and informal channels to build broad-based relationships and support, negotiating skilfully to create minimal noise when working toward a solution.</span></p> <p><span>You tackle difficult issues with optimism and confidence and move beyond traditional ways of doing things; pushing past the status quo while distinguishing between what’s relevant and what’s unimportant making sense of complex situations.</span></p> <p><span><strong>For This Role, You Will Need:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li><span><strong>Master’s degree</strong> in HR, Business, Law or equivalent HR leadership experience</span></li> <li><span>Experience in an <strong>HR role within complex manufacturing environment </strong></span></li> <li><span>Comfortable in dealing with <strong>unions,</strong> <strong>employees and management</strong> at all levels </span></li> <li><span>Knowledge of <strong>German labor laws</strong></span></li> <li><span>Fluency in <strong>German</strong> and <strong>English</strong></span></li> </ul> <p><span><strong>Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: </strong></span></p> <ul> <li><span>Advanced education in HR or an MBA</span></li> <li><span>Background in an <strong>international matrix organization</strong></span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span><strong>Our Culture &amp; Commitment to You</strong></span></p> <p><span>At Emerson, we prioritize a workplace where every employee is valued, respected, and empowered to grow.
