Job Description

Responsible for:

• Project management of interdisciplinary project and/or project teams to introduce or improve MAE (machine and equipment) and processes in our plant in Goleniów.  
• Planning and development of new MAE and processes in cooperation with our plant, headquarters (in Solothurn, Switzerland) and external (special) machine manufacturers and partners  
• Analysis and design of value streams in the manufacturing environment  
• Implementation of equipment in the manufacturing value stream  
• Support and expansion to standardize our technical equipment  
• Active support and identification of new projects and their implementation in the environment of industry 4.0 

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional experience in different roles in projects, thereof minimum 3 years experience as a technical project or value manager and leader of interdisciplinary teams in machine-, special machine- and/or production area or comparable 
• A bachelor's or master's degree in Mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or equivalent  
• Certified project manager an advantage (e.g. PMP) 
• Experience in process development and realization of lean, flexible, reliable manufacturing facilities  
• Experience in manufacturing principles and their implementation in production lines 
• Fluent in Polish and English, other languages are an advantage
