Job responsibilities:
Reporting to the Director, Health Services, the Program Manager will be responsible for managing cross-functional health care services programs and/or vendors in support of clinical care services. He/she will manage clinical system program operations while working with internal departments and vendors. The position will implement and support departmental programs providing structure for tracking, documentation, summary reporting, and prioritization; will also identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement. He/she will lead cross-functional meetings that facilitate, track, and report on deliverables through project completion.
Required qualifications:
A minimum of five (5) years of professional experience required and at least three (3) years health plan experience.
Program management experience or experience leading significant department-level initiatives.
