The D&A team mission: Help our Business partners make strategic decisions through sustainable and governed data assets and compelling visuals.
Reporting to the Executive Director, this position will be accountable for producing analytics solutions that unlock business insight and enable impactful decisions driving immediate value. In particular, this position requires a strong analytical mindset, key project management and technical skills to lead the design and development activities required to bring the solutions to life.
Furthermore, this position will work closely with our global team of data professionals on a daily basis as well as our strategic partners to set up a robust delivery process while driving innovation and mentoring junior profiles. The Candidate will drive product adoption by leveraging change management, communication and stakeholder management principles.
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver one or more Data & Analytics Products to Functions/ Regions/ Brands
- Supervise Data Product development and testing on a daily basis, manage dependencies across departments and functions, ensure on⁃time and within⁃budget delivery, adhere to high⁃quality standards
- Establish business cases in collaboration with teams and stakeholders, formulate plans, estimate resources and identify timing for execution
- Define project organization & methodology (internal vs outsourced, agile vs waterfall)
- Write D&A Product Requirements
- Documentation listing features (both back and front⁃end) , metrics/ KPIs, data sources, detailed design
- Ensure design of solution includes data architecture, user interface and user experience while meeting business requirements
- Build sustainable and reusable data assets that can be leveraged for self⁃service and other initiatives. These assets will include, but not limited to: supply chain, syndicated market data, consumer data, digital media spend etc.
- Coordinate sign⁃offs with user representatives/ stakeholders
- Facilitate transition to support teams Budget Management
- Manage project budget and changes
- Track project burn rate and report team hours and expenses on a weekly basis
- Update project forecasts on a weekly basis
Qualifications
Functional Skills:
- Proven track record and experience in delivering products within large⁃scale organizations
- Ability to translate business problems into analytical specifications and requirements & efficient solutions designs
- Proactive leadership to build strong rapport and relationship with cross⁃functional users and stakeholders as well as with on⁃shore and off⁃shore resources
- Ability to quickly analyze various data sets and identify their complexity, gaps and relations with other data assets (Strong data analysis skills)
- Strong SDLC and project management experience. Comfortable working with Agile methodologies
- Comfortable working in matrixed organization and balancing needs of multiple stakeholders
- Advanced knowledge in Marketing (Consumer & Digital Marketing, Syndicated data, Clienteling)
- Excellent organization and communication skills coupled with a rigorous working process Technical Skills and Qualifications
- Proficient with Enterprise Cloud platforms (DataLake, DataWarehouse) especially Azure and its main components (Azure Data Factory, Synapse) as well as Databricks
- Solid knowledge in SQL, Python, PySpark and data modeling
- Experience in leading visualization tools e.g. Tableau, Power BI
- Experience in Machine Learning is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field or equivalent experience.
Pay Range:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $118,000.00 to $203,750.00. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for
