Mayo Clinic Florida is seeking a Level II Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join their Radiation Oncology department, specializing in the treatment of benign indications such as osteoarthritis. This position involves leading a clinic focused on low-dose radiation therapy for non-malignant conditions, under the supervision of a treating MD. The APP will conduct consultations, manage treatment plans, and follow-up visits, contributing to innovative patient care in a multidisciplinary setting. Mayo Clinic Florida is seeking a Level II Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join their Radiation Oncology department, specializing in CNS and Head and Neck cancer follow-up care. This position involves conducting post-treatment consultations, managing ongoing care plans, and coordinating follow-up visits for patients who have undergone radiation therapy for CNS and Head and Neck cancers. The APP will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including radiation oncologists, oncologists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive and continuous care for patients. Nurse Practitioner: Masters-prepared graduate of an accredited school of nursing and Nurse Practitioner program. Current State (MN/WI/FL/AZ) RN and APRN license and certification as a FNP, ANP, ACNP, PNP, NNP, PMHNP, etc.
Physician Assistant: Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant program with current PA certification by NCCPA and registration as a PA by the State (MN/WI/FL/AZ) State Board of Medical Practice.
Additional Qualifications:
Active BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross at start date and DEA registration required
