Responsibilities
You will have an opportunity to:
- Monitoring inventory levels and receiving purchased products and services with proper documentation and records.
- Assisting in the maintenance of accurate inventory counts through proper recording of inventory flow.
- Assisting in the maintenance of storage areas through proper product disposition and tagging.
- Assist the Procurement Manager for clerical concerns.
- Monitor the delivery schedule of suppliers.
- Perform 3-way matching of procurement documents (Purchase order, delivery receipt and Invoice)
- Process goods receipt in the system versus the actual.
- Supplier Alignment - Vendor Accreditation application
- Providing additional assistance as needed.
- Assist the Travel management team, for clerical concerns.
- Managing administrative tasks such as emails, filing and sorting of documents.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure compliance with procurement and company policies, regulations, and ethical standards.
- Ad-hoc tasks, as required.
Qualifications
You will be a great fit on our team if…
- Candidates must have at least a bachelor’s degree in business administration/office administration or Industrial Engineer or completed any supply chain or procurement related courses.
- Proficient in Microsoft (Office, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- At least 2+ year experience in basic office administration and inventory.
- Must be systematic and organized.
- Proficient at meeting tight deadlines.
- Ability to operate in a dynamic start-up environment with minimal supervision.
- Ability to function independently, with the decision-making, problem-solving, and innovative thinking skills needed to function in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player
- Good judgment skills
- Willing to work full-time hours in a 24/7 operation. Shifts will vary based on requirements (possible evening, weekend, and holiday work may be required)
