Senior Associate, Donor Engagement & Special Events

Qualification Requirements

• B.A./B.S. degree preferred
•  2-3 years of progressively responsible events fundraising experience
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and follow-through skills
• Creative self-starter with the ability to work independently within a large institution, in addition to functioning as an integral member of a professional team
• Interest in WCS mission
• Experience with the following software or programs
  • Donor database software (Salesforce)
  • Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Email deployment software (Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Mailchimp)
  • Project Management (Asana), Basic design (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
  • Video Communication Apps (Zoom)
  • Budget tracking system (SAP and SoftCo)
  • Knowledge of basic HTML and CSS coding
