Make a lasting difference.</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>Join our growing team as a Hospice Care Consultant (HCC) - a strategic sales representative who champions our mission while developing strong, lasting relationships with key referral partners in the healthcare community.</p> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>As a brand ambassador, you will:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Educate, inform, and inspire confidence in our services, so that the right patients are referred at the right time</li> <li>Identify new referral opportunities by calling on hospitals, home health agencies, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, clinics, and physician offices</li> <li>Engage in meaningful conversations with healthcare professionals about patient needs and how hospice care can support quality of life</li> <li>Plan and execute strategic marketing initiatives to increase awareness and drive referral growth</li> <li>Represent our organization at community events, professional associations, and educational in-services to promote our services</li> <li>Serve as a resource and advocate for patients and families, ensuring they understand hospice options and the benefits of early referrals</li> </ul> <p>Compensation may vary within the salary range provided based on several factors, including but not limited to a candidate's geographic location, experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, internal equity, and department equity. You have a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape and bring consultative marketing experience to the table.
