Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and sustain professional, long-term relationships with customers by consistently delivering exceptional value in every interaction.
• Expand your portfolio by attracting quality prospects and customers, securing their complete relationship as well as those of their family and friends.
• Master and implement a proven, well-defined process to ensure each customer receives unparalleled value.
• Ensure accurate and timely tracking of sales data within the pipeline system.
• Uphold accountability to the systems and processes utilized by all bank employees.

Qualifications for this Opportunity:

• Background in Agriculture: A solid foundation in agricultural practices and knowledge.

Wage Range:  $50,000 - $90,000 Dependent on experience
