What you will be doing

Job Description: As part of the Quality and Regulatory Operations Services team, the Documentation Specialist will support the US Supply Chain by organizing, managing, and overseeing process documentation in the MasterControl Enterprise Quality Management System. The specialist will be responsible for ensuring documentation is appropriately posted to the system and will provide input and oversight on documentation training. 

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serve as a subject matter expert for documentation and training management in the MasterControl EQMS.
• Participate in organizational documentation review and consolidation processes.
• Review, format, and submit documentation into MasterControl.  
• Determine appropriate training groups for new and existing documentation.
• Provide insight into ongoing training compliance, generate progress reports, identify and escalate training issues as needed.
• Participate in documentation review, provide insight on documentation optimization and formatting.
• Manage the annual review process of documentation.

What your background should look like 

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technologies, Engineering, Supply Chain, Pharmacology, or related field
• 2-3 Years of operations, or supply chain, experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
• Documentation Management experience
• Understanding of pharmaceutical supply chain
• Experience working with internal and external business partners
• Experience in technical writing, process mapping and requirements solicitation preferred
• Experience working with Enterprise Quality Management Systems preferred
• Experience with MasterControl Enterprise Quality Management System strongly preferred 

MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:

• Keen focus on and attention to details
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience in implemented regulatory requirements preferred  
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Flexibility to understand and react to business needs as needed
• Ability to travel occasionally up to 10% of the time

*This Salary Range reflects a National Average for this job. The actual range may vary based on your locale. Ranges in Colorado/California/Washington/New York State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
