THE ROLE:

We are looking for a self-motivated, dynamic and enthusiastic Specialist, Customer Happiness Training - EU. This role is based in Europe but is required to be a native German speaker with the ability to also speak and write fluently in English. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling and facilitating training sessions on various call center topics to prepare and support our Customer Happiness representatives. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Customer Happiness Global Quality and Training, this role will play a critical part in developing training materials, documentarily preparing each training session, conducting training sessions, and tracking the progress of trainees.


WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Train customer happiness representatives on AG’s products, systems, and processes ensuring they have a deep understanding
  • Utilize effective presentation and facilitation skills including creative training techniques and accelerated learning techniques with a variety of training delivery modalities in a remote classroom environment
  • Drive engagement through facilitation and collaboration while modeling the culture and a customer-focused mindset
  • Complete daily training administrative maintenance such as tracking, timekeeping, scheduling, reporting, and other administrative tasks as required
  • Utilizes data to guide decision making strategies on learner’s performance, training initiatives and long term business objectives
  • Perform all LMS prerequisite requirements and post-training duties including delivery of evaluations to participants, collection of feedback with summary of insights and recommendations for future iterations
  • Facilitate transition of CH team members from training to work environment, ensuring competency levels meet business needs
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required


WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Must speak Fluent/Native German and Fluent English
  • Bachelor's degree in related field (education, business, communication, etc.)
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role facilitating and supporting training and educational programs
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong facilitation skills and ability to convey ideas in a logical and engaging manner to others
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and the ability to implement these principles into a training curriculum
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a consistent “can-do” attitude
  • Strong attention to detail and a proven ability to manage multiple work streams at once
  • Exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt and flex in a rapidly changing environment
