Reports To: Senior Director of Talent Acquisitions
Role ObjectiveLead and scale a multi-state therapy recruiting function to meet defined workforce targets for Physical Therapists (PT), Assistants (PTA), Occupational Therapists (OT), Assistants (COTA), and Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP).Accountable for full-cycle recruitment strategy, team leadership, workforce analytics, compliance adherence, and performance optimization in a competitive healthcare labor market.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities- Develop therapy recruiting strategy aligned with organizational growth plans.
- Forecast hiring demand using turnover data, census trends, and expansion projections.
- Conduct geographic labor market analysis.
- Oversee team of recruiters
- Manage sourcing, screening, structured interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
- Implement standardized interview frameworks.
- Optimize candidate experience while maintaining hiring velocity.
- Lead and develop recruiting team members.
- Establish and monitor KPIs:
- Time-to-fill
- Cost-per-hire
- Offer acceptance rate
- Candidate pipeline conversion rates
- Conduct performance reviews and implement corrective action plans when required.
- Build recruiting dashboards.
- Analyze ATS data and hiring funnel metrics.
- Improve sourcing ROI using performance analytics.
- Present executive-level recruiting performance reports.
- Ensure state licensure verification for PT, OT, and SLP roles.
- Maintain audit-ready recruitment documentation.
- Partner with HR to ensure compliant onboarding.
- Build passive candidate pipelines.
- Implement early-career recruiting initiatives.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
