Operations Manager – Behavioral Health - Full time - Days 

Transform your career as an Operations Manager for Behavioral Health at NewYork-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital. The Behavioral Health Operations Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategic interventions to support the growth of services, including our recently expanded outpatient and inpatient services. The role involves collecting and analyzing data to identify opportunities for improvement, providing administrative management of the department, managing staff to ensure adequate coverage during all hours of operation, and leading projects as assigned by Behavioral Health leadership. The Behavioral Health Operations Manager will help to develop business plans and implement new programs in close partnership with both the Chief of Psychiatry and the Clinical Service Line Director.

The position is day shift, 5 days per week (Monday - Friday).

Required Criteria

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical and communication skills

Preferred Criteria

• Master's Degree
• Experience with finance and operations, budgeting, and Behavioral Health services
• At least 2-4 years of managerial experience

$117,000-$155,000/Annual
