HeartFlow is seeking an exceptional candidate for the position of Commercial Operations Contract Specialist to join our team as we look to scale our commercial organization and ramp up commercialization contracting efforts in the U.S., UK, Europe, and Japan.

The Commercial Operations Contract Specialist helps manage support functions essential to driving revenue and increasing commercial contracting productivity and efficiency. This position will collaborate with commercial leadership in setting strategy for the commercial organization.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, ensuring alignment with company policies and legal standards. Collaborate with legal teams to address any complex contractual issues and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Identify opportunities for improving operational efficiency and filling business gaps and work with commercial stakeholders to tackle process improvements.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of contract information, ensuring data integrity and completeness.
  • Enter contract data accurately and efficiently into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Collaborate with Sales teams to understand their contract requirements and provide guidance on contract-related matters. Manage incoming contract requests from Sales, prioritizing and addressing them in a timely manner. Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, from initiation to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and processes are followed.
  • Eagerness to tackle new projects and ad hoc requests.
  • Utilize the contract management system to organize, track, and report on contract status and milestones.

Skills Needed:

  • Proven experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and management Familiarity with contract management systems and CRM tools. Comfortable presenting to and partnering with Sales Team to solve complex contracting challenges
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; strong business acumen
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
  • Attentive to detail with strong quality control
  • Able to drive projects independently
  • Ability to work with cross functional teams
  • Strong MS Excel skills; experience using SFDC & Tableau a plus
  • Passionate about HeartFlow’s mission

Educational Requirements & Work Experience: 

  • Track record of academic excellence, including a four-year Bachelor’s degree
  • 4+ years of total work experience; preference for 2+ years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, PE/VC, or strategy/operations position at a fast-growing healthcare or technology company

The pay range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to experience and training; skill sets; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the base salary compensation range is $78,000 to $120,000 per year.
