Hourly base pay rate is $23.17 - $34.81/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.

Job Description

At Manheim (a Cox Automotive company), we keep a wide array of vehicles alive and well, prepping them for their second life. We’re looking for a Lead Reconditioning Service Technician whose skills under the hood are unmatched and who knows what it takes to be an effective leader.   

  

*This is a Weekend Shift Friday-Monday 6am-4pm

What You’ll Do 

   

• Supervise the work of at least two full-time employees by determining work procedures, preparing schedules, expediting the workflow, assigning duties and examining work.   

• Monitor and evaluate employee job performance and conduct performance appraisals.   

• Recruit and train shop employees.
