About the role
Meter’s mission is to make businesses more productive and secure through providing best-in-class internet infrastructure. We're looking for an organized, ambitious, and detail-oriented office manager to run Meter's San Francisco office. You will also partner with a member of our leadership team as their Executive Assistant.
In this role, you’ll be joining a small team of passionate operations experts who are focused on driving the highest leverage internal projects for Meter with a very high bar for quality. The expectations in this role are high and you’ll be bolstered by an empathetic and cohesive team along the way.

This is a hybrid role based out of our SF office, and our in-office days are Tues through Thurs. That said, there may be times you’re asked to come in outside of these standard days.
You will have an impact by
- Office Manager responsibilities:
- Owning the day-to-day management for our office and, more importantly, our office culture
- Creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for employees and guests who come into the office and in your work supporting other programs, like onboarding, events, etc.
- Coordinating with and owning vendor relationships (e.g.,cleaners, suppliers, utility providers, etc.)
- Addressing and managing any building and office related issues, such as coordinating repairs or maintenance
- Taking on other projects that make a positive impact on the office
- Executive Assistant responsibilities:
- Managing the day-to-day schedule and email inbox for a member of our leadership team
- Coordinating internal and external meetings and assisting with the associated documentation
- Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintaining a strict level of confidentiality
- Establishing new and optimizing existing operations and processes

The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows
- $84,600 - $169,400
- Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Meter's equity plan.
The salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the Bay Area. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors such as your skills, qualifications and experience.
