We need you and your team spirit at Collins in the Datalinks integrated products team! You will support our factory manufacturing some of the most cutting edge electronic communications equipment on the planet. What You Will Do:

  • Immerse yourself in a full-time, Monday-Friday co-op session, that will run January-August (including the Spring semester; it is expected students will take a semester off from coursework to fully engage with this working mentorship opportunity).
  • Collaborate with a team of engineers supporting test of cutting edge products
  • Investigate, design, and implement changes to improve product quality
  • Analyze test yields and trends

What You Will Learn:

  • Advanced electronics manufacturing and testing techniques
  • Change control processes
  • Continuous improvement techniques
  • Advanced troubleshooting methods
  • Capacity analysis

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Microsoft Office Suite (VBA and Power BI a bonus)
  • Oscilloscopes, Network analyzers, Spectrum analyzers
  • C#, Python
