Internal Auditor

About the Role: 

The Internal Auditor will work out of our corporate office in Provo, Utah.  You will be working with the internal audit team in Provo, as well as the teams in China and Singapore, to perform Global SOX and operational audits and reviews, as well as performing fraud investigations.   

In addition, an average of 2-4 weeks of international travel is usually required on an annual basis.  Travel includes locations such as South America, Europe, and North Asia. 

What you'll do:  

• SOX Testing for a large, international public company 

• Assist in completing IT audit testing such as automated controls testing, key reports testing, data analytics, and AI automation.

• Operational Audits and Reviews 

• Fraud Testing and Investigations 

• Assisting our external auditor, PwC, with their global audit 

• Coordinating audit work with the global Internal Audit team 

• Managing/training new interns/staff with their daily activities 

What you'll need: 

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Accounting or Information Systems

• CPA or working toward CPA preferred 

• Ability to travel – average of 2-4 weeks  

• 0-2 years experience as an auditor in a public company or a public accounting firm 

• Self-motivated, shows initiative and is well organized to meet work deadlines 

• Good financial and non-financial analytical skills 

• Good written and verbal communication skills 

• Basic understanding of accounting and control practices as well as a broad understanding of business operations, analytical techniques, and professional standards 

• Ability to drive continuous improvement processes that enhance personal and department's goals 

• Proficient usage of PC-based word processing, spreadsheets, and database packages. 

• Works optimally as a team member 

• Ability to exercise good judgment and focus on actions that deliver results 

• Ethical conduct, integrity, and objectivity in accordance with Nu Skin's Code of Conduct Manual and Internal Auditing Professional Standards 

• Foreign language skills are an advantage
